Audacity exercise(loons&Mozart)—(i used 2 different sound track) by karl2011m

I have two ideas in my mind now, I would either choose a set of reproduction works by some artists along with my own works and a classmate’s, or some funny remix sound clips from the web. Between the two I am more interested in the reproductions projects. I have very little experience working on video editing so I might have to sharpen my skills to a different level in order to finish this project with some nice works.
For the virtual exhibition installation, I will choose the internet space of course. To do this I will setup a new webpage, with a title page with a belief summary of the exhibition, and a “entrance” bottom, by clicking that I will direct you into the contend page, since I have 6 works included in this exhibition, I will have all the thumbnails, by clicking the little thumbnails you can enter a new page to watch the video separately.
I try to find some famous video online, and I found that UBUweb is the best source that I can find huge selections of videos. I don’t have all the videos ready yet but I will spend sometimes to watch those videos and make sure to find something I like.

IX. In film, the actor loses his person, his here and now. The best acting is where the actor acts as little as possible (loosing his aura entirely). The actor need not identify with a role.

Indeed, the best acting is often minimal. I believe this is partly due to the viewer’s capibility for empathy and her imagination.

in other words, The film actor must operate with ‘his whole living person’ while foregoing its aura. (Film acting can’t have aura because a film performance isn’t here & now.) “Nothing shows more graphically that art has escaped the realm of ‘beautiful semblance.’

I download the MEDIUM IS A MASSAGE  to my working computer and i listen to it while i am at work. At the beginning it’s annoying for me because there are some wired music playing in the background which sounds like 60s, it distracted me by listening to what the narrator said. I even stop the work on hand while i try to concentrate on the talking, but it’s funny that the music will stop playing for a short period of time and then will play loud again!

I finish the SIDE A and i listen to the SIDE B while I am on my way home, i have it on my ipod and listen to it while i was driving. I can tell you that this is not a good thing to do, unlike to the music that i normally listen while i drive, this sound track is more distracted, there are many different kind of music in the background along with a guy, a little girl and a woman’s voice as the narrator. Several time i try to pay attention on the talking and i also need to  keep my eyes on the load. it end up that I give up on what the narrators said, i just listen to the background music, which is not enjoyable as it usually do.

after i finish both the audio track, all i remember is the repeating sentences from SIDE A:

“printing printing printing……”and “so on so on so on so on……”
